After entering your weight and how many pounds you want to lose it will give you an allotted amount of calories you need to take in that day. You can track your meals and look up recipes. A big plus with this app is you can scan a product barcode and all the nutrition facts will automatically load for you. Your profile is private, but you are able to connect with friends so they can hold you accountable and cheer you on. If mastering the art of a push up is your thing this app will give you access to a whole library of different variations for just nike n7 .99 cents. You can search for a certain push ups, take a warrior challenge, or spin the wheel for the push up of the day. Push up levels are broken down to nike q lok spikes levels easy, medium, or hard. Each push up also offers a demo video if you are unsure how to do it. This app comes free with all iPhones. Nike free shoes come with a space in the sole of the shoe that you can place a GPS tracking chip. This app allows you to pick a custom workout, choose a goal distance, or goal for calories burned. You can also set your playlist to your run. A free GPS app that helps you track more activities than just running. This is a great app if you are interval training. The phone tracks the time and the distance you have run and lets you know when to run and when to walk.
